Returns and Refund policy

We, at Kim&Co., are proud of the quality of products we manufacture and sell. If you are unsatisfied with the fit, quality, color or size of an item, you may return it. Items that have been laundered or altered in any way cannot be accepted. Returns must be done within 30 days of purchase. Please allow us 2-3 weeks to receive and process your return.

RETURN FOR A REFUND:

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase(s), you can return it to us for a full refund. We only ask that you return the item in the same condition in which you received it with all labels and hangtags attached. Please include a short explanation about the reason of your dissatisfaction and a copy of your order confirmation. Unfortunately we cannot refund your original shipping charges.

You are responsible for any costs incurred in returning and exchanging the item(s) (such as shipping fee). For your protection, when returning your purchase, make sure you use an insured method of delivery such as priority mail or your preferred courier.

RETURN FOR AN EXCHANGE:

We do not accept exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item(s), the best way to do so is to return your item(s) following the instructions above and make a new order for the item(s) you would like.

DEFECTIVE/WRONG ITEMS SENT:

Kim&Co. will refund the full purchase price including shipping and handling of an item, which is delivered in a damaged or faulty condition, or if a wrong item was sent to you. Alternatively, and at your option, we will replace the item with the same, or a similar product (subject to stock availability). We only ask that you return the item in the same condition in which you received it including a short explanation and a copy of your order confirmation.
